acknowledges that the information provided by Omni Channel Limited, and information divulged to employees/clients of Omni Channel by outside parties in the course of business relationships is confidential: therefore, I agrees not to disclose it without the express permission of Omni Channel.
During your work with Omni Channel, you will occasionally be the recipient of Confidential Information either for the fulfilment of your duties or in relation to assign assignments. You agree to hold any of such Information in confidence unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the disclosing authority, and not to disclose any such Information to anyone except the company’s employees who have a need to know and who have agreed in writing to receive confidential information. The obligation set forth herein shall be satisfied by the receiving party exercising the same degree of care used to restrict disclosure and use of its own information of like importance.
Upon request, any information pertaining to Omni Channel and its clients are to be immediately returned to the management of the company.
